Dear one, our journey is emotional.
~The unprecedented amount of light pouring into our planet is forcing all shadows to be seen.
This is catalyzing us to move through our emotional depths and to heal/reintegrate our personal and ancestral traumas.
This may feel *horrible* at times but is truly a blessing.
Old wounds are not destined to run our lives any longer.
To free ourselves from old ways of being, we walk through this darkness, together.
We meet and befriend our demons.
We find the parts of our inner child that have been left behind.
We create a new relationship with ourselves so that we can bring safety home.
It starts within and IS the shift that will allow our world to feel safe again.
WE CAN REALIZE OURSELVES AS PLEASURE & RELEASE THE OLD PROGRAM OF PAIN.
Let us pour the healing salve of our own Presence onto our old wounds.
Trauma runs our lives until we face it and call all of ourselves back.
(Big traumas and small, ones we ALL have it.)
We must FEEL to HEAL but we DO NOT have to relive trauma to transmute it.
