Welcome to SatMom!

I am Cholena Kasa — a healer and player of all things sacred and sensual. I assist in the ascension of humanity simply by being present and learning deep, abiding and unconditional love for myself and All of Life.

This means I get to dive into dark places as well as the light, play with the contrast, feel the journey, and reconnect with my pilot wave. Making space for my bliss in my life and making THAT VALID is the healing balm I’ve sought all my life for chronic illness and emotional pain.

Sat Mom was born from my own need to feel better and become more functional and consistent in my life, without getting stuck in physical and emotional pits.

I’ve journey through my repressed childhood (and past life) trauma — and sat with the painful physical-mental-emotional cycles that in manifested within me. 

Facing myself and loving her has led me into my gifts of connection, unconditional love, and pleasure – which requires my authentic Presence and gifts it to others.

Along this life-path I’ve become a  reiki master, kundalini yoga & meditation teacher, women’s spiritual guide & and circle leader. The door is now open for all of us to reclaim the wisdom we’ve cultivated over all of our lives as our perception of linear time grows.

I have worked with the women’s moon centers science for over a decade in order to get to the root of painful cycles and embrace my gifts. 

This deep soul work helped me realize my own Presence and how my access and invitation to sense-u-ality and pleasure are the nectar that fill my soul, heal my body and transmute old, corrupted mental cycles emotional experiences.

I recently developed The SatMom App with the women’s moon centers portal & moon calendar to help the women of the world find their now unique, brilliant, radiant rhythm! ….and then I had to create SatMom Social to have a Sacred Social Space to support this.
