My journey toward unconditional love—both for myself and all living beings—hasn’t been straight or simple. I’ve wandered through dark valleys of trauma, repression, shame, and self-hatred, all while my body spoke through chronic symptoms I couldn’t ignore. Step by step, I’ve processed old programs and wounds, discovering profound and surprisingly pleasurable ways to reconnect with my authentic self.

As I reclaimed my nervous system and rebuilt my sense of safety, I embraced the ultimate responsibility for everything I co-create in my life. What changed everything was recognizing the sacred, sensual connection available to me through my body—not separate from it. This revelation allowed my innate wholeness and fullest expression to finally blossom.
