Energetic support sessions can help us relax and reclaim our body’s own capacity for physical and mental/emotional vitality. These sessions begin with a personal conversation and can include physical, sound and energy movement, intuitive messages and support from our natural world.
We will release dense energy and refill with light codes from your higher self. This is process is led by you and facilitated by my higher self and your personal non-physical support team. It is a safe container for relaxation and realignment.
