This is a union of embodiment and kundalini science that emerged from my own experience healing traumas and autoimmune dis-ease as a way to get reclaim my Presence.
  Entering through the subtle doorway of the feminine, we seek our inner spaces, meet and invite all of ourselves, and lean into acceptance and discernment.Â
Our kundalini-life force gently rises and we are invited into a powerful experience to create and deepen our own foundations for our vitality, Being-ness, growth and playfulness.Â
Though incredibly powerful, Kundalini kriya creates a safe and accessible container for our inner experience and evolution.
It benefits us on all levels, physical, mental, emotional — cleanses our organs and aligns our system, and gives us direct experience of our own divine nature.Â
What to bring or wear:Â
Dress comfortably, have water, cushions, blanket, eye pillow or chair if desired.

'Rhythmic In-Body-Ment'

‘Rhythmic In-Body-Meant’ is a transformative 45-minute movement practice that blends relaxation, rejuvenation, and sensual liberation.
Simple, expansive, and sense-you-ous movement (we use our senses) invites us to relax, play with your ‘edges,’ release, receive, and feel fully embodied from hair to toes.
Surrendering to our Higher Flow opens the gateway to new possibilities and elevated perspectives, while pleasure-fully making space to release stagnant energy, unlock emotional blockages, and restore balance to our body and mind.
The fun, liberating nature of this practice makes it a playful yet powerful way to connect within, bringing both depth and lightness to our routines.
We’ll feel nourished and elevated, with deeper self-awareness, acceptance and well-being!
