Meet Marks Walters!
I’m what you might call a spiritual alchemist with a psychology student’s brain and a mother’s heart. For over 25 years, I’ve been privileged to guide people through their “tigers” – those childhood traumas and life challenges that like to pounce when we least expect them. (I refuse to call them triggers because that word sounds like we’re powerless, and honey, we are anything but powerless.) My journey into this work wasn’t exactly a choice – it chose me when I was just 13 years old. Adults started seeking my advice, and somehow, I just knew what they needed to hear. Messages from their departed loved ones would come through me, which was both a gift and, frankly, terrifying for a teenager. Let’s just say I spent my twenties learning who really had the power when uninvited spiritual visitors showed up! (Spoiler alert: it was me all along.)
The day that solidified my understanding of true healing power was when my mother was paralyzed in a hospital room. Doctors said she’d never walk again after a medical mistake left her unable to move from the waist down. As I worked energetically to remove her pain, I looked her straight in the eyes and gave her a mantra: “I will walk when I walk, but I will walk. “Less than a month later, my mother was walking. She wobbled like she’d had one too many glasses of wine (we teased her mercilessly about her “drunk walk”), couldn’t feel the bottom of her feet, and needed a cane, but she walked. The doctors called it stubbornness and “mind over matter.” I called it proof that our minds are far more powerful than we give them credit for. She kept that wobbling, determined walk until the day she died – all because she chose to believe.
Science Meets Spirit Approach, at 56, I decided to dive headfirst into psychology studies because the brain absolutely fascinates me. What I’ve discovered is that science beautifully backs up everything my intuition has been telling me for decades. Understanding how our minds work alongside spiritual energy has been a complete game-changer – both for my own healing and for the work I do with others.
I don’t do fortune telling because I believe you have the power to change your story. Our minds are incredibly strong, and if you don’t like what you see coming, you can energetically shift it. When I do readings, I’m picking up what’s in your energy field at that moment – and energy changes as fast as your mood after a good cup of coffee.
What Makes My Work Different, I’ve walked many paths (sometimes kicking and screaming when the universe dragged me back to this work), and I love sharing the wisdom passed down from the wise women before me. Think of me as your friendly neighborhood spiritual crone with a sense of humor. Ihelp newcomers understand how this spiritual lifestyle works and why. No fluff, no mystical mumbo-jumbo – just real, practical wisdom. I use I-Ching, Ancient wisdom meets modern clarity for guidance that makes sense in your everyday life.
My Philosophy, we all need support and understanding, but here’s the truth: no one can heal you but you. Doctors, healers, and guides like me? We’re facilitators. We hold space, offer tools, and cheer you on, but you’re the one doing the heavy lifting. And that’s the most empowering news you’ll ever hear.

Let’s Work Together, I offer online sessions and email consultations for anyone who resonates with this approach. My goal is simple: to help you heal, face whatever’s been holding you back, and learn to have more grace with yourself as you peel away the layers that no longer serve you. Because at the end of the day, we’re all just walking each other home – some of us just happen to wobble a little more than others, and that’s perfectly okay.

What Water Fasting Means to Me
Water fasting has been woven into the fabric of my life since I was twelve, beginning with the Jewish fasting traditions that taught me discipline and spiritual connection. What started as religious observance – denying my body food and water from sunrise to sunset to atone and acknowledge something greater – has evolved into a profound relationship with both fasting and water itself. Those early years were challenging, often feeling like punishment, but they prepared me to understand my complex relationship with food and taught me that I was stronger than my discomfort. Now at 58, fasting has become my pathway to clarity and healing, a practice of mind over matter that allows my body to do what it naturally knows how to do. Through my journey down the rabbit hole of water research – learning about its memory, its healing properties, and how our bodies are mostly this precious element – I’ve discovered that fasting isn’t about deprivation anymore. It’s about giving my body space to reset, about consuming quality over quantity, and about honoring the water that sustains every cell in my being. I talk to my water, thank it, and try never to waste it, because I understand now that everything is energy and vibration. Water fasting has taught me to listen to my body’s true needs, to eat only when hungry, and to find that spiritual clarity that comes when I’m not distracted by constant consumption. It’s become my medicine, my meditation, and my way back to myself whenever life pulls me off track.
