Locate Your Current Moon Center
MANY PEOPLE LIKE TO
Meditate on it…
Take a pause and look within!
Check in with your body, notice your emotional space. Develop the ability to actively listen to your body.
WHAT TO ‘LOOK’ FOR:
• Physical sensation: tingling, heaviness, warmth – your moon center location may also feel very sensual.
• Emotions: Tune in to the moon center’s various emotional themes to decide which one resonates.
• Maybe a word comes to mind – either the moon center or an emotion associated.
A PERSONAL FAVE
Use a pendulum
A great tool for a quick ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answer. Purchase a pendulum or simply use a necklace you are connected to.
Body Pendulum:
Stand up tall, comfortably rooted into your heels.
Your body will either sway forward (yes) or back (no).

Muscle testing
Muscle testing can give us insight into the inner workings of our subconscious. LEARN MORE.
The body has energy channels in and around it. These meridians run through and ‘affect’ the muscles, providing an avenue to receiving answers directly from your body.
Research shows that receiving ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answers from our muscles can be quite clear and accurate – a strong muscle indicating a ‘yes’ answer, a weak muscle indicating a ‘no.’
