Across the month, we move through phases of outward focus and inward retreat, clarity and sensitivity, rest and expression. These shifts are natural.
When they are honored, they create resilience, discernment, and vitality. When ignored or overridden, they often show up as exhaustion, confusion, or self-doubt.
