Sensual Embodiment

Practicing & Bringing Home Our Presence

We’ve been conditioned to believe that sensuality and embodiment are sexual.

Even though it’s true, IT’S TOTALLY NOT TRUE.

We’ve just been tactfully forced to unlearn our sensual nature and push right through to overt sexuality. And sexuality is lovely. Especially  when driven by our sensual, present moment, connective nature.

Get the difference?

We can totally have disembodied sex AND totally fully embodied platonic contact.

And vice versa and everything in between.

Our sensual nature is inherent as women, and yet when I say join me for a sensual women’s circle many of us run for the hills!

We have a lot of fear of our own true nature stuck in our bodies, it’s uncomfortable, of course we get the impulse to run – it doesn’t even feel Safe.

The crazy thing, is that it feels so much safer to commute and compare ourselves with each other, than to be open and sensual.

And it’s time to change that.

We can’t change the connection of our world without connecting within.
We must pause, and lean in to the ability to savor each moment.

(YUP, THE ONES THAT SUCK TOO!)
